On average, items are produced on demand and shipped within 2-5 business days after purchase. 

Our working days are Monday-Friday, and our rest days are on the weekends

You will receive an email/text notification once your order has been sent with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking details to activate on the Courier Post website. Please ensure your email or phone number is correct to receive your order confirmation messages. 

If you haven’t heard anything from us after 5 business days, please feel free to send us an email and we will reply when we can, you haven’t been forgotten. We wouldn’t do that to you!! 

Shipping from New Zealand

Courier Posts standard is over night (weekdays only) throughout the North Island and 1-3 days for the South Island. Please allow an extra day or two for rural delivery.  

All deliveries are sent through courier post with Signature Required. You are able to log onto the Courier Post website using your tracking number and provide authority to leave your parcel in a safe place. If you do this Frak It Apparel do not take responsibility for your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

Return Policy

Your item is eligible for return if at least one or more cases listed below happens:

  1. The image is not clear.
  2. The image is not in the center of the Products.
  3. Package received wrongly against the order.
  4. Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
  5. The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.
  6. Other mistakes caused by us…

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email with pictures of errors and your order number. 

If your items arrive damaged, please email us immediately. Please be aware that to place a claim with the courier you must retain photographs of all packaging, to prove your parcel was adequately packed and how it arrived to you. 

### Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and is in the same condition that you received it. ###

We cannot exchange/refund products if you change your mind, as all orders are made to order.

Please be careful when selecting your items, there will be a 7% cancellation fee if you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed. 

Refunds Policy

When your item is eligible for refund (RETURN POLICY), we will refund for you within 5 business days.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.

### Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.###

Exchange Policy

All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you. 
If your product encounters one of the problems below when received, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.

  2. The image is not in the center of the Products.
  3. Package received wrongly against the order.
  4. Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
  5. The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.
  6. Other mistakes caused by us…

Once the issue is verified to be correct, we will send you a replacement item

NOTE: We will not take any responsibility about the size if we made it as your request. In case of shipping the wrong size in comparison with the order we will follow the above policy.

Return Shipping Fees

Shipping fees to return the items are at the customer’s own expense.

Please consult your local post office or courier service to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We advise you use the cheapest registered method that is available.
